Hotel in a good location. Comfortable beds, nice staff. Breakfast was plentiful and everything was clean. Maari from the room service was very nice, as was all the staff at the reception.

Not cleaning at all, The front lady was not professional, I told her that I’m very tired and I need to get my room right away she said to me she is tired too and I have to wait till the Internet was working so she can check me in on the system! And she started asking other guests if she is wrong or not! Very unprofessional! But the next day the manager was apologizing and he was very kind. There was bad bug, they changed our room 3 times, and they told me they had a guest from Italy and he brought the bugs to the hotel! When they changed our room they gave us fruit plate! But the last room each time we took shower the water was all over the floor! The safe box was broken! The wall was dirty! Emre, the morning manager and housekeeping lady were super nice!

Great location, very close to the metro station and downtown Istanbul. The bathroom door was broken, they said they will fix but never did. Breakfast was excellent with nice variety.

I stayed here years ago when it was golden taha hotel and it was very good. But this year 2022 I stayed here and it was a very bad experience.. -Rooms are full of dust... -Cleaning staff open room door with their card at any time for anyone.. I mean anyone can go inside your room easily with the card of the cleaning girl or guy! -I told them I want to check out at 2:00pm they said okay so I went out the hotel.. When I came back it was 12:20pm and I found that all my luggage and stuff are in the reception! They went inside my room and put their hands on my personal stuff then put it in the reception! this is not acceptable at all.. I paid 97 dollars per night staying at this property and it wasn't a good experience at all..
