The other reviews cover it well. I came with a birthright trip. The rooms were dirty, including some trash on the ground in a "clean" room. We saw cockroaches, alive and dead, around. My shower was missing half it's door, leading me to flood the bathroom everytime I used it. When I told the staff, they were aware, claimed it would be fixed, and wouldn't give me an extra towel to dry the bathroom. It wasn't fixed. As pros, the location is great and many of the staff seemed genuinely kind, polite, and did try to be helpful. I see this place had many positive reviews from years ago. I hope they can get back to theat standard, but for the time being, the 1 star reviews seem to be on the money.

The fourth star for the great location, on the beach - you just cross the street. Room was very clean, breakfast was great, TV not working, air conditioning was struggling with the weather, AMAZING balcony but filthy with birds' poop all over - such a waste... The guys in the kitchen were great, those in the reception were not. I would come back, though...

Nice hotel that fulfills most of your needs when staying in Tel Aviv. Rooms are tidy and in decent shape. Most rooms have a nice balcony with a view on the beach. Breakfast is really good as well and staff is friendly and helpful.

Loved it. Location is perfect, right off the beach! Schwarma/falafel place next door, aroma coffee is around the corner. 10 or15 minute walk to carmel shuk. Room was clean, ac worked great. The room is modest in size, just big enough to contain the double size bed, tv,small fridge, chair, and night stands. Being that I'm only one person, I didnt mind it's small size. Great view from balcony, though there was a bit of bird poop, haha. Great breakfast, and they have coffee available all day. only real negative was that the TV literally only had one working channel, and it was in Russian Haha. Also heads up, from the outside the place looks a little weird/suspect. The sign doesnt light up, and it looks a little junky above the sign, like its unfinished. When you walk in, theres a flight of stair to get to the desk, so ask the staff to show you where the elevator is so you don't have to lug your suitcase up it.
