My partner went with her late husband who was disabled in a wheelchair, the staff were excellent and helped in anyway they could always helped when she took him out by taking him to the taxi and always helped on return the same in the restaurant We went in August for 2 weeks and the staff were friendly and polite The comment on one of the other reviews about people not knowing the difference between a two star hotel and a 5 star she has stayed in five star and was quite frankly disappointed you don't pay two star money and expect five star For the moans about how far from town and ladies beach it's about £3 to both via taxi so if you're too tight to pay that then stay away preferably at home We will hopefully return to this hotel next year and hopefully not run into miserable moaning people . I hope to see some of the other guests we met on our last visit.

Absolutely awful stay...my friend and me stayed 16th September for 11 says..the man on reception was very rude..the room was not clean 😢. Surrounded by rubble. From work outside..the area baron.nothing to do at all..the pool area wasn't clean..worst holiday I've had..awaiting jet2 response as we have put an official complaint in.😌

Omg faulty towers eat your heart out ! Somebodies family needs to retire the owner he is rude unless your buying his second hand goods and you get a nod, it's not in a nice area I'm not a snob nor am I a scruff but for me I'd rather pay the extra l, I was at the hotel when the owner was screaming at somebodies children I would of gone mad if it was my kids just disgusting behaviour..and then to assault guests by pushing them when they say hold on a minute !! is outrageous, it's far from the beach, 15 mins walk from the town and in a moody area...if you haven't been any half decent places or your elderly and just want to sit by the pool or have only been to 1 star places you might like it..if not so yourself a favour don't save 50 or 60 quid to come here which I did looking at half the reviews, I don't mind basic in an ok area with good staff this had neither..and probably ruined my holiday I had to come out all day everyday just to enjoy ourselves..

Honest review - Rooms - very basic but manageable Location - not the best good if you want to walk ten mins into centre but you'll struggle to walk up the hill back, and not a short walk to ladies beach but cabs are cheap Staff- miserable not much interaction nothing for kids to do and an awful old man who sits by the pool/lobby entrance with a grimace watching everything you do and not taking his eyes of the children talking in Turkish and you can tell his cussing if they look around the shop watching them like they are shop lifters but they def wouldn't want to take half filled bottles of sun cream or shower gel, really off putting and kind of puts you off STAYING IN THE HOTEL WE WENT OUT TO OTHER RESORTS AND HAD A MUCH BETTER TIME but this obvs costs money you hadn't planned in, I've been to 16 places in Kusadasi and would go back to every single one but not this place,
