Pros: Good location near the beach and very close to several restaurants (which you will likely end up needing) One free water bottle per guest upon request at the front desk per day. Mysteries abound (What is that red stain? Is the stuff in the mysterious garbage bag in the closet for us? Is that smell coming from the bathroom, or the room itself?) Cons: The room was improperly cleaned, if cleaned at all. Anything that could hold a stain had one, and the bathroom had ample mold. The food was awful. Even things that seem impossible to make poorly were rough. (Even the bread basket was moldy) You are not permitted to have more than one room key. The staff is not very accommodating, and even when asking for simple things like towels for our room that had none, they tried to only give us one beach towel to share. The room smells of cigarettes, and the plumbing is very bad, which can lead to an interesting scent in your room.

PLUS 1. Magnificent view 2. Good location 3. The cat! MINUS 1. The is only one lift. Moreover people have walk into stair with heavy suitcase 2. Staff are not friendly 3. Old room and facilities 4. Bus can't reach hotel directly. So we have to walk from main road.

Dirty place, it smell cat pee everywhere, mold in shower, so dirty in restaurant and cats love the buffet, never seen an elevator so dirty and the public toilet in restaurant is filthy….I couldn’t go….I ask for a bucket of ice and they refused and said I had to pay…..first time in my life I see that. I will strongly advise my agency to NEVER bring customer at this disgusting hotel !!!! It’s not even one star. To finish Unfriendly staff !!!! Worst hotel ever and I am a world traveller. Canada 🇨🇦
