In general, the hotel is clean and good. It has a good breakfast. The hotel's sports equipment was not good at all and could not be used. The hotel is far from the city center, but you can take a taxi or bus to the city center. There is a large store next to the hotel, which was very good. McDonald's is on that side of the street where you can go with a short walk.

We have been there for 5 days and everything was on the right way. A Gentleman dressed called Sepehr informed us about all the breakfast items with details and he was always open to help us. We spent great times there and we hope to visit the hotel again. Thanks to everyone especially Mr. Sepehr who deserves more and more and is doing his best everyday.

This hotel is awful. Iranian staff are really rude and not helpful at all. They'll assault you in many ways which makes you have an awful time in Georgia. In short, this hotel is not worth your money and your time. Do some research to find a hotel with kind and helpful staff.

This hotel is not like a 5-star hotel at all. I had a terrible experience while I was staying there because the bathtub wasn't working and I acknowledged the problem several times but they didn't do anything to fix it. They've got a Persian receptionist who's quite rude and aggressive towards guests. The hotel is not even near the city center which makes it hard for travelers to visit other places. The breakfast is boring and doesn't have a good quality either so I won't recommend it at all.
