The hotel left a splendid impression: warm, cozy, and comfortable. The spacious room was pleasantly surprising, and impeccable cleanliness and high-level service added to the comfort. The location, although a bit far from the center, is worth considering due to traffic jams. However, I highly recommend this hotel 100%.

It was very nice, clean and lovely room it’s very big And all the staff are helpful and talking English. Special thanks to Mr Andrew he is very helpful guy and gentleman he helps us alot. Definitely recommend to all people coming from outside. Location lovely and quiet little far from crowded city center.

Excellent Hotel ! Very courteous and accommodating staff . The rooms are very well furnished and very well maintained . The hotel is always very clean and has a beautiful appearance . They have a wonderful eating hall where they serve a delicious full breakfast buffet every morning . Breakfast is cooked and served every morning by the most beautiful Georgian girl I have laid eyes on in Tbilisi .

*I am today also in this very nice hotel, with the same impression. * Amazing greeting and service at arrival from Begi and Natia. * The staff are friendly and keen to make your stay comfortable as possible. * The hotel is new, clean and practical. * Location north west of Tbilisi near to Tbilisi mall but far from center, if you are planning to visit the attractions north of Tbilisi or you need service to your car it's good option. * The room is comfortable, quite and clean. * The elevator makes going up and down easy but the stairs at the entrance not good for old people or handicap person. The breakfast buffet is minimalistic but good.
