it seemed to be more like a four-start hotel but still, it was a nice experience. the location is very good as it is considered in the middle of Manama the rooms were good and clean, staff were helpful. the breakfast was ok, the only disadvantage i found is the nightclubs and the sound.

I recently stayed at Golden Tulip Bahrain and had a mixed experience. The hotel was surprisingly empty during my stay, which gave a quiet atmosphere. However, the service was lacking, as staff didn't respond promptly to room service requests. Despite the peaceful environment, the service could use improvement. Also, the premises looked quite outdated.

Our family's recent experience with Gulf Air, while on a layover in Bahrain en route from Istanbul to Hyderabad, was nothing short of extraordinary. It was a challenging time, as our daughter unexpectedly suffered from her first febrile seizure. The way Gulf Air handled this situation was exemplary and deeply appreciated. From the moment of the crisis, the Gulf Air staff were incredibly responsive and empathetic. They arranged for immediate medical attention, which was vital for our daughter's health and our peace of mind. Their swift and efficient actions in such a stressful moment were a testament to their high level of customer care and professionalism. Moreover, Gulf Air went above and beyond in ensuring our comfort during this unexpected extended stay. They provided us with a 3-night stay at the Golden Tulip, a luxurious five-star hotel. Had an 18-hour stopover in Bahrain where the hotel was provided courtesy of Gulf Air. Was familiar with the name of the hotel from the time I lived in Dubai. Was given a nice, moderately sized double room. As this was my first time in Bahrain, I was not so familiar with the place. There is a shopping mall right opposite the hotel called Moda Mall. Hotel serves all sorts of international cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There's a bar with happy hour open from 12 pm - 2 am.

During my 18-hour transit stay arranged by Gulf Air,I had the opportunity to experience the services at Golden Tulip Bahrain.While the 5-star rating initially left me expecting more,I noticed some mixed aspects. Unfortunately,the reception staff's demeanor lacked the warmth and welcoming attitude I had hoped for,which left me feeling somewhat perplexed.However,the housekeeping staff,particularly an unnamed lady during the afternoon,stood out with their courteous and respectful demeanor.I appreciate their efforts.Overall,my stay was decent,but there is room for improvement in the reception area.Thank you..!!
