Our company booked a 4 days conference seminar package including accommodation and meal service at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the conference ball room locating outdoor gives us this great view of the river and mountain. Friendly and super helpful staffs. Our meal menu was different everyday and full of surprises. Overall a great experience, everyone was happy with the venue! Will definitely recommend!

We had the absolute BEST time in a fantastic hotel. What a nice staff, beautiful rooms, delicious food and a peaceful environment. A brilliant memory! Will come back without a doubt. Side note: I can't figure out the secret recipe of their sweet water chestnuts for breakfast. I'm looking everywhere for the recipe but can't find it. Everyone???

rooms were clean, service people are great. the breakfast, dinner, and amenities is not so good. i think they need better chef and plannings…really disappointing, doesn’t feel like a four star but a two star hotel when it comes to the breakfast option and hotel amenities. bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the sound proof of rooms is pretty bad too. we can hear customers talking across hallways even at 1 am.

"Take a day off and Live your lovely life here" This hotel is one of the most impressive locations for me in Taiwan. I would say it is really worth taking one day off, shutting yourself down from the busy and noisy world and giving yourself peace of mind by just relaxing and doing nothing here. The green environment around and the sea will recharge you from heavy days. Breathe the clean air, feel the soft breeze and listen to nature songs. I will definitely come to use this hotel again in the future. Note: If you come by MRT Tamsui, the hotel has a scheduled mini bus to take you to the facility. Please check the timing with the hotel. For a weekday, you may need to specially arrange the timing with the hotel.
