Disappointed but stay was ok Great sized apartment with comfortable bed and sofabed, chairs. All kitchen facilities were great. Friendly staff but housekeeping was to a minimum and they dont provide toilet rolls or regular fresh towels but there is a washing machine. The website says pool is open but was not the case and I wouldn't have booked the room if i had knew the pool was closed.

Some of the pictures online are showing that the hotel is next to the beach, but the hotel is way far from the beach. It's a new hotel apartments, the rooms are clean and very modern. The staff at least the ones we met on the night shift weren't that much knowledgeable of the prices and online booking, anyhow we didn't face issues with our reservation, but we tried to get a room directly from reception but they asked for a higher price than online sites, so we booked the room online. Other than that the hotel is nice it has a nice pool as well, but it's in the middle of a normal neighborhood with a school next door, it's not noisy though you don't hear them much

Had a great stay at this hotel, it has a 24-hour concierge service, newly built with an elevator. Staff was polite and helpful and accommodated us with various requests like late check-in and extra sheets. The apartment was clean, and the dishes were clean too, but somethings could have been a bit more throughly cleaned. However, nothing bad in any way. Overall happy with our entire stay. Loved the terrace!

Nice hotel, very clean swimming pool, clean rooms, complete kitchen equipment, next to you, markets for everything you need, in front of you is a garden for the children to play and rest at the end of the day. The reception staff are very nice and professional. They speak most languages, especially the morning employee and the night employee. Thank you to everyone and I highly recommend her

Did stay here for 1 week, reception lady very nice and friendly thank you, nice swimming pool, privet car park, good design of the rooms, nice balcony, good WiFi. Housekeeping is so bad, in 7 days they only came on the last day to clean our room, I was going down to reseption to ask for everything like toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, clean towels.... Did attached picture with me hoovering the floor in the room... But anyway I did like my stay here and I hope you will improve housekeeping.
