Greate service, however the roomes are not very clean or in any good shape. We had holes in the walls, power outlets missing parts and some loose. Toilet way too close to our shower. However the location and the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are not sound isolated at all.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. My necklace was stolen from my room and my medications were thrown in the trash. The cleaning lady is incompetent. During our absence from the hotel the manager named Yasser entered our room. He claimed he was looking for something left by a previous tourist. I did not feel safe there. Checking the reviews after the stay, I saw that other tourists also reported that something disappeared from their room, such as money. What is more, the hotel was dirty (see photos below) and the smell was bad.

Faith is a classical area so the hotel is on an old street but a very popular street. I find the people belonging to the hotel are so cooperative.

I think the first thing I really liked about the hotel is the smiling faces of Marwan and Yasir who were super sweet to us. They were among the best hotel hosts yet that we stayed in Turkey (out of about 7 hotels). The location itself is quite good and lively with lots of restaurants right next to us and a live singing crews entertaining the crowds. The location is also about 14 mins away from Grand Bazaar which makes it great for tourists. Lots of groceries and shops next door too so that worked really well for us. The rooms itself were nice and elegant with spacious bathrooms although I suggest taking rooms with balconies since those are bigger. The restaurant on top was also great for breakfast with great views of the water and the food was quite nice. Yasir was super sweet to even give us the space to eat food from outside in the restaurant in the first night. Overall, It is a value for money hotel and I would recommend it. You get a bit more than you paid for and that is an excellent thing for tourists.

Amazing place. The staff were very kind and they helped us with a lot of little problems( like best place to eat, to visit, to travel and other tips). The breakfast was high quality and tastefull . Also, the rooms were very clean with a quite atmosphere. One of the staff memebers even gave us his metro’s card, very kindfull, without asking for money. (we returned it next day)Also, it is important to say that the hotel is very well positioned, near to sea, center and other important touristic objectives.
