Very bad place to stay. All pictures you see on booking did not mach appartment we get. Not clean. Never coming back.

There was a huge stain on the wall. Not a very clear place to stay. There is no mirror in the bathroom.

This apartment should be immediately removed from all booking portals. The conditions here are unacceptable! As soon as you enter the apartment there is a smell of mold. A large spot of mold can be seen on the wall. We had booked an apartment with a balcony. The balcony could not be accessed due to construction work. On top of all that, it was dirty. Chairs, kitchen counters, corners were dirty. We were traveling with a small child and these were not conditions in which we could leave our child at home. We had to find other accommodation ourselves because they were not cooperative in giving us another apartment. When we complained and wanted the money refunded, we were assured on the first phone call that we would pay everything back, but they have never contacted us since then. Further attempts at contact were unsuccessful. During the last phone call, when a gentleman answered, they claimed that they had already paid the amount back, which does not correspond to the facts. I do not recommend anyone to book accommodation with Goldfish Apartments!

They arrived late and whoever came was like, don't tell me anything, this isn't mine, room without a TV and not a single mirror. Sink without furniture. Cook with 4 things and they are literally 4 things. We have been with two children and well, it is not the best apartment we have found with Booking, in fact it is the worst. We do not know how Booking has these apartments on its website. To say something positive, you have a supermarket next door that has everything, the Tramvia that takes you to the center (L2) is one minute away and has WiFi. From 1 to 10 we could give it a 3.
