Great staff, probably not the greatest location for family. Smoke smell was quite bad. But staff were good, and it was relatively cheap for Taipei.

Room unit was nice. 2F serving 24hrs free all-you-can-eat food: instant noodle, cookies, drinks (similar to 7-11 items)

Within walking distance to railway station, even with kids Service staff were very helpful and friendly. Onsite facilities; wifi, complimentary breakfast, 24hr complimentary snack bar, gym (very small), laundry equipment; was all great Power points in rooms were all universal, no need for additional adaptors; which was great. Very thoughtful design Air-conditioning was working Bathroom size was great for 2 adults and 3 kids Would easily stay there again

They provided free snack bars ( instant cup noodles, snacks, herbal tea eggs, tea, coffee, hot buns, Siew mai, coke, sprite, green tea, juice, bottle water and etc) from 9am to 8pm, free washing machine and free dryer( dryer not working well, set 60mins but clothes didn’t dry). Location is great. Various food options nearby. Overall is quite okay but there are some points not really okay. 1) combined two single beds and made it as double beds for couple 2) non smoking hotel but still can smell cigarette smell when you step in 3) dryer not working
