Nice location everything is near you. The staff is perfect especially the lady in the breakfast she was wonderful. The room furniture is modern and confortable, colors are perfect. The window closing wasn't good, cold air was comming inside the room, and the heater doesn't work perfectly. For the money value it is great, a little bit of maintenance and cleaning will make this hotel a perfect choice.

Average experience. Breakfast & security staff - very friendly and helpful Desk staff - rude. Upon check-in I was told the room number, asked to pay and not shown the room or even which direction to go. I forgot the room the number and asked again and the manager at the desk said " oh let me write it for you as it's difficult!". Totally rude, and even if a joke which it wasn't, this isn't how you welcome your guests. There is a busy bar on ground floor that played loud music that can be heard on the 6th floor until around midnight, no double glazing means you have to listen to the music until it stops. There's no parking due to a police barrier for some reasons so taxis have difficult collecting and dropping off. The local area is close to some sites but it's also the ref light zone at night and tons of tourist scammers approaching you for money etc so be warned if you stay here. Room was clean, a bit cold and the shower faces your face not down which is a bit odd. Overall a poor experience. Breakfast was pretty good though and the staff at breakfast were helpful and polite. Stay somewhere else, you can get better for the same price elsewhere.

I've stayed here for three nights. The location is very good in the heart of the city. The staff was friendly as well. Great was also the working wifi and the breakfast (for a three star hotel) However the state of the room was quite shocking. The furniture was modern, as well as the bathroom. However it felt like they hardly to any cleaing. The sink and shower were simply disgusting and were not cleaned for weeks for sure, the floor was very very dirty and surely not cleaned after the previous guest. Bedding and towels were clean but it still gave an odd fealing. I found a cockroach in the corner of my room.. luckily this was an hour before I was leaving. A bit (or a lot) more cleaning and this would be a great 3 star hotel.

Good value for your money. Staff is incredibly kind and talkative, they are helpful and resourceful. Twice one of the employees joined us as a guide to locations nearby. Staff enjoyed striking up a conversation with us, even if their English was lacking somewhat. Concierge helped us around town, made good recommendations and was quick in offering us extra free services to help us around quickly and safely. The hotel itself is clean and rooms get tidied up and cleaned up daily. The included breakfast was great, significantly better than many other hotel breakfasts. (Especially the freshly baked baguettes!) Hotel includes a club/bar with live music acts, a lot of fun to go to. Location is right in the middle of town next to the main road, in walking distance of the medina (google maps will show it’s further than it actually is, you can enter at Bab al-Bahr) Wifi is spotty and slow, can definitely be improved, Air conditioning does not actually make your room cooler, it’s just a fan. 4/5 stars! Would stay again!

Very clean, big, beautifull rooms and very friendly and helpfull staff, from the guys at the reception, to the sweet lady at the breakfast, to the housekeepers, everyone was great. And very close to everything. Location could not have been better. Also the street in front of it is closed for cars and there is a military outpost at the corner, so for me (solo female) it made me feel extra safe. The bar downstairs can be a bit loud but on the 3rd floor I could not hear anything. More than great value for money!
