The staff and the receptionist are so friendly and helpful and fast in service. The rooms are really nice and the location is amazing near of Taksim. The disadvantage is there no washing machine The prices are really affordable especially for big families you can book a room less than 150$ for 5 persons

Reception Staff are friendly. Room having broken furnitures and toilet floor looks dirty and need some renovations. Hard to communicate with cleaners. I stayed for 6 days and I requested once for cleaning the room. The cleaner kept the door room open after cleaning and when I arrived at night the door was open and there was valuable things inside the room hidden inside my locked luggage, I complained immediately to the reception guy and he simply said no they never leave the door open and there is camera everywhere. Overall the hotel has a good location. They need to improve room cleaning services and attitude of the cleaners were they need to be friendly.

From the time we arrived and left the staff at front desk have been excellent good communication, helpful, honest in any query we had. The room was clean, massive and to high standard. We had a problem with the shower head which was fixed straight away. Also had a taxi booked for return from the apartment which was a Mercedes vito for only 250 liar to the airport, which really good compared to the price we had paid from the airport to taksim. Uthman, Malik, and Mohammed at the front desk were excellent, so polite and helpful always willing to help with a smile on there faces.
