Lovely hotel! The staff were supper welcoming and had such lovely smiles 😁 it really made us feel at home after a hectic day! The rooms are small but perfect for a short stay and the beds were perfectly clean and crisp and super comfortable. The hotel is right next to the cable cars so getting to the 02 takes no time at all! Only down was the bathroom in our room didn't have a lock but apart from that would highly recommend!

Good distance from the Excel exhibition centre. Nice service but the rooms needs a better set-up. Honestly the bathrooms are out of my concept of good service. The cleaning is good, you can see the attention the put on it. Overall if you move for business for only a couple of days it's a nice

Perfect for when you have an event at the ExCeL. I’m not sure how such a small room can be so perfectly laid out, but there was nothing I could fault about it! One tip - there’s a plug socket behind your pillows, hidden away, so make sure you check for a little lid that opens!!
