Bestest hotel EVER!!! My husband and I had a fantastic visit at the Marriott. The staff was the nicest I have ever experienced. From the concierge (Aaron) to the restaurant and bar staff (Tamas and Miguel) to the great people in the Executive Lounge (Gary and others). They were just amazing. Our room was very comfortable. And the location was great. We were next to the Tube that would take us anywhere plus a ton of restaurants right in walking distance. Thank you Marriott for a fantastic holiday!!!

In an age where customer service is falling out of fashion this hotel has proven that some people still understand the customer is number one. The front desk staff is incredible. The concierge team including Elvis is outstanding. The executive lounge is run by people more dedicated to their jobs than anyone could really expect them to be. I believe Ben was the one who oversaw the evening service. There was a mistake on my bill that they were attentive to and corrected. It may be out of the way, but there's a bunch of cool restaurants around there and the Cargo Markethall has great food. I am really astounded at the service. Five stars.

An amazing reception and beautiful venue to host an event. All staff were so accommodating and extremely pleasant. The decor of the function room was spot on and beautifully decorated. The sound system was more than adequate...only 1 slight thing I would mention is the dance floor was uneven in certain places. Overall I had a pleasant enjoyable time. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Transport link DLR is literally a stone throw away.

I loved it. Location is excellent, competitive pricing, excellent service, and a great mix of room types, short let apartments, and even residences. As could be expected, it also has all the peripheral amenities like sauna, swimming pool, gym, meeting rooms and banquet halls. The hotel also has its own restaurant and bars, very nice quiet and lounge areas, parking, valet service, laundry - everything you would expect from Marriott in a property like this. Highly recommended.
