Booked with Agoda & stayed at twin room with free breakfast. Located centre of Skudai town & nearby with shop. Totally the hotel are refurbished, room clean and so comfy, spacious bathroom, with free simple breakfast. Free access to the parking spaces. The staff was amazing. Really value for money and highly recommended for this hotel.

Room clean. It came with the bfast. Nasi goreng was delicious. Credit to the chef. Love the bfast - simple but tasty. Came here for work. Overall a good hotel.

Had a night stay for about RM150 for a double bed room. Room was okay only, everything feels old and it should require an upgrade or refurbish. 1. Bed was ok but a bit small and hard to sleep. 2. Toilet was also ok only, the soap dispenser does not work properly as it leaks and no toothbrush and toothpaste provided considering at this price. Hair dryer was provided though. Water pressure also not strong. 3. Aircond was old and not cool enough 4. View was ok and can see the hotel abandoned pool, which is gross to see. 5. The buffet breakfast was super simple and lack of meats and choices, only had nasi lemak, boiled egg, cucumber, anchovies, mee goreng, plain bread and some simple fruits (watermelon, melon, orange) 6. Also, TV channels doesn’t work properly and cannot watch due to no signal or blurry. 7. One of the light was spoiled in my room. Overall TBH, not worth for the money at all, only worth is the space of the room is quite big.

Stayed 1N. Checked in at 5pm+ and immediately feedback to front desk for the faulty flushing toilet bowl. Waited for 15min, the maintenance guy came and repaired for about 1hr but still not resolved. I have to leave at 6pm+ for my dinner appointment, therefore I leave the room for the maintenance guy alone in the room to continue his recovery work. Came back at 10pm, tried the flushing system and finally able to flush with some effort and "techniques". Thanks to that hardworking and patience maintenance guy. Earlier on I also feedback to him for the noisy AHU unit in my room, also resolved by him. I noticed he is quite busy with his walkie takie for many maintenance requests, I guessed. In general this is an old hotel with many facilities required repair and conditioning from my observation. Cleaninnes is fairly acceptable as I can easily find stains and hairs on the bedsheet and blanket. 1 crocoach found in the toilet. Window glass with long stretch of cracks....anytime will break with strong wind! Faulty TV remote control and broken power sockets. RM100 deposit during check-in is at my own risk with blessing....haha! This hotel also do not provide toothbrush and toothpaste which is very disappointing. We are asked to purchase from front desk but told for out of stock when I approached the front desk staff. I had to walk to the nearest provision shop to buy for it at 11pm+. The surrounding is quite noisy with busy traffic due to the road junction. And breakfast quality is also at low rating. WiFi connectivity and coverage is poor. In short, this hotel only can stay for 1N if you are well prepared for the worse with reference to my honest feedback. For me, NO MORE next time.
