Beautiful hotel with insanely helpful and warm staff. Their hospitality started way before you even arrive, suggesting you all the best activities. We went with their hot air balloon package and atv tour, receiving further discount than we saw online. Their breakfast is also really delicious, comes with the hotel reservation. There is a rooftop terrace to have a good view of goreme too, and the hotel is 200-300m to most restaurants and goreme sunset point. Hands down best hotel in turkey

The owner, Cem, is actually a gem of a person. He will go out of the way to ensure you have a safe and comfortable stay. He has been a balloon pilot for 15 years, and you can trust him with suggestions and prices. The property is very much located 5 mins walk from the city centre/market. The breakfast is a huge spread, and tea and coffee are available 24/7. The rooms are bigger than any other rooms available in the region. Would love to come back and stay with Goreme mansion.

The staff were amazing. They contacted me on whatsapp right after we made the booking and arranged everything for us, airport transfer, hot air balloon, night show, and a "green tour,". It was very convenient. The accommodation was clean and beautiful, and it had a rooftop, which was really nice to sit and watch the sunset over the valley. Great location, just a 4-minute walk to the main street. The only thing we didn't like and I feel bad for only granting 4 stars because they were wonderful, but the air-conditioning was inefficient, and being the middle of summer, the room never cooled down property. The air-conditioning was also very loud, and the vibrational sounds kept me up.

Spent 4 nights at this amazing hotel, in Cappadocia. Peaceful surroundings, a few minutes away from the restaurants and shops. Warm welcome and great hospitality from the hosts, Cem, Erdem and Sam. They get your activities booked, hassle-free! Cem, the owner, is also a Hot Air Balloon pilot. You know you'll be in good hands! Should I mention their breakfast? Massive Turkish breakfast, everyday. A feast. Cheers to Yusef and the lady. 10/10 - Definitely recommended!
