Good location. Guest room? The room is good. 2 rooms, toilet and entrance on the first floor The second floor has a living room, bath, and toilet. Only 2 rooms on the 3rd floor Apparently there was also a rooftop, but it was raining so I didn't go to see it (lol) It's close to Koenji Station, and there's a convenience store and a 24-hour supermarket nearby, so it's convenient. I had a problem with the freezer being too small for the size of my house, but I could manage. It's hard to tell where the plates and cups are, so I wanted them to be labeled. I opened everything! You can spend your time as if it were your own, so it's easy and relaxing. I was able to do laundry so my family didn't have to carry much luggage. It was convenient because it was raining. I vacuumed it, but it didn't suction at all (lol) The unfortunate point is I basically spent time with my family in the living room, but the balance was not good whether the table was high or the chairs were low. Not enough chopsticks and spoons and forks There wasn't enough toothbrushes either. Slippers are not good, making it difficult to go up and down the stairs The best part is quiet! Because it was a detached house, I was able to relax. I could take a bath anytime and it was clean. Great location! When you start moving, it's close to the station and there are taxis, so it's super convenient. There was a wine cooler and plenty of drinks. Being able to stay in your pajamas is liberating and relaxing.
