Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Hotel also provides ladies only floor. Staffs were friendly and helpful. It is located only some minutes walk to Tokyo Metro subway station and around 10 minutes walk to Asagaya JR station. There are many restaurants and shops around. Breakfast was available from 7 to 9 a.m. Food was so so.

Typical business hotel in Tokyo. Not far from Shibuya and Shinjuku (20 or 30 minutes on the easily accessible metro line nearby). Friendly enough staff. Limited but pretty tasty breakfast offering with your room. Tiny but comfortable rooms. Includes a small fridge, free WiFi, various amenities such as toothbrushes and shaving kits. Good water pressure but horrible shower heads. Overall a good place if what you need is a place to stay for the evening.

I had a great experience here with my family. We traveled to Tokyo and stated here for 5 days. Even thought it's a bit far from the city central (Shinjuku), the location is still conveience for us. We went to the hotel by train, after the train arrived at the Minami-Asagaya Station, then we just took 4 mins of walking. The lobby was clean and bright. A mid-sized grocery store next to the lobby. After we checked in, we went through the rooms. My room was small but clean. In the second day morning at 7am, we went to 1/F and had a buffet breakfast. There were a wide variety of food from Japanese style to western style! We ate a lot of salmon rice balls. My parents and I were so full! Haha. Only approx HKD450 per night included breakfast. I defiantly will come back if I travel to Tokyo again!
