The hotel location is average good. The check-in process was a bit inconvenient as we had to self-check-in after waiting in line for a few minutes. Despite our preference for assistance, the staff insisted on the self-check-in method. On a positive note, the outdoor public hot bath was excellent, providing a relaxing experience. However, my enjoyment was marred by a negative encounter with a Korean lady guest who was using her phone to take photographs in the public hot bath, where everyone was naked. When I politely asked her to refrain from taking photos, she responded in Korean with an unhappy face and continued texting, disregarding the request. The hot bath was also overcrowded, especially at night, with only four seats and dryers for 15-18 guests. To add to the discomfort, there was a young boy (around 5 years old) present in the hot bath area where all the ladies were undressed. This situation felt inappropriate. Additionally, the breakfast offered limited selections and was only average in quality. Overall, the experience had its ups and downs, but the hot bath incidents were particularly disappointing.

Surrounded by lots of restaurants, located 2 mins walk to Susukino and right in front of metro exit. Room wise Modern interior big single beds, the universal twin room is spacious, overall hotel hardware is good but don’t expect much service. Anything u need can only be collected at the reception, if u wish to book massage promoted on the TV u r also expected to book yourself and they encourage customers to self check in and check out but their machines always have error…

It is a nice hotel with easy access to the Main Street in Sapporo. The corner room was a good choice for two people with baggage. A few things could be improved but overall was quite good! -The sink water pressure is very small and the fridge is not really chilled at all. -There was no fan in the restroom, but they have a room spray. +The onsen on 17th floor was perfect because of the outside tub! +The shared space gets dirty past 11pm (hair and such). +The staff is accommodating and quickly retrieved new towels and trash bags. -The bed is pretty short for an average person and our feet were hanging off at night (164,183cm). It was easy to catch an airport bus around the corner the following day thanks to the directions and time tables they provided. Overall it was a nice easy stay.

I must highlight the hotel's prime location, which made it convenient to explore. Only one thing needs to be improved is breakfast. In conclusion, I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional hospitality experience in one of Japan's most beautiful regions.
