I recently stayed at this hotel in Sapporo, and I must say that the location was incredibly convenient. Just a five-minute walk from the Jr station, I arrived at the hotel. The lobby is on the second floor, and the check-in process is self-service using machines with an English interface, which is convenient for international travelers. One thing worth mentioning is that next to the reception, there is a 24-hour coffee machine available for guests. It is a great way to start the day, as I could help myself to a cup of coffee every morning and feel refreshed. Although the room was small, it was well-maintained and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find a machine that looked like a fridge but was actually a steam washer. Having this machine made my two-week trip to Hokkaido much more convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travelers visiting Sapporo.

Fantastic experience. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Location was great with subway across the street and convenience stores and supermarket nearby. Service was quick at reception and adequate self lauded facilities. Highly recommended. Great for Singapore families.

Beautifully chic hotel. Check in was very easy as the receptionist assisted me with the self check in kiosk. Just enter your name and it'll find you. Prints out your receipt and card after you've scanned your passport. The main lobby has free coffee and 300 yen wine from 4pm to 10pm. There are a few free room items to pick up in the lobby such as bath salts, cotton swabs, etc. The room we had was very clean! The 2 twins were actually 2 double beds. The pillows are very dense memory foam, I love them. Location is perfect. Less than 10min walk from Sapporo Station. Less than 10min walk to Odori Park. Right next to a GU and uniqlo. Surrounded by convenience stores as well. The staff here are all very kind and helpful. When I come back to Sapporo I'd stay here for sure.

This is a great hotel for the price. I love that they gave me free 2 water bottles. Room is a bit small but fits me perfectly since im a small asian and was traveling alone. Might be too cramp for some people though. Location is perfect. Just a few step away from main Sapporo Station, and Odori Park. There is also a nearby subway to get you to Maruyama Park/Zoo / other places. Towels and Robes are changed everyday. And garbage cleaned out everyday.
