Although it calls itself an airport hotel, it supercedes typical airport hotels in all aspects. The rooms are comfy and have a decent amount of space. There's a pool, a Jacuzzi and a massage space. The restaurant may have limited options and the staff tend to struggle with English (odd for an airport hotel which expects many international guests). The big plus is that it's located close to the Suvarnabhumi airport and provides a reliable shuttle service every half an hour. Had a positive experience and would recommend it to people in transit.

We appreciate the hotel's design, our room is satisfactory with a pool view, and breakfast is average. However, the staff at the restaurant and reception, particularly those near the main entrance during the afternoon to evening shift, are exceptionally rude—they don't even offer a smile or a greeting, behaving as if they are the ones being served. I'm unsure if the management has taken any action, as complaints about their behavior have persisted for months. On a positive note, I'd like to commend the housekeeper on Level 3. She's kind, always wears a smile, and greets guests warmly whenever encountered.

I chose the hotel for the amenities nearby. There’s 711 and 24h eateries around. I also saw a washing machine stall within a short walk for those of you who need. My jet lag energy kicked in at 3am and I felt safe enough to walk outside; the roadsides were well-lit. The hotel restaurant itself was pretty decent. The hotel was clean and equipped for a comfortable stay—it’s truly value for monies. However, the hotel is not sound proof. My sleep, unfortunately, could not be restful. My room was on the ground floor with guests at the hallway with nothing to filter out noises. If you found a hotel with better rest quality against other conveniences, obviously go for that. Hotel is 10min away from the airport with no traffic. I took a Grab to the hotel and was shuttled back to airport for free. My all-round experience was great except my restfulness but I expected that whilst reading other review.

Stayed here on the way out of Bangkok (transit overnight) and on the way back past. It's near to the airport, roughly 10 minute drive. Free shuttle bus service is a good feature. Rooms were quite good and were clean. One of the toilets on the first night was a constantly smelly but overall okay. Showers good though soap dispenser was difficult to get soap out of. The restaurant is clean and nice enough, unfortunately the customer service in the restaurant is quite poor but the food is tasty. Customer service is the let down for this hotel. Reception were okay sometimes, porter was poor service. Be prepared to manage your own bags on and off the bus and into the room. Overall it was okay.

I had a mixed experience at Grand BS Hotel. The initial impression was positive, with a friendly shuttle driver and helpful receptionists. The hotel, while simple, met my expectations of cleanliness. However, my stay took an unfortunate turn in the middle of the night when the neighboring room became excessively noisy. Even with earplugs, I could hear every word, and when they started playing loud music, I had to call the reception. The staff promptly addressed the issue by calling the room, but the noise persisted to some extent, disrupting my night's rest. It was disappointing to realize how thin the walls were between rooms, impacting the overall experience. Considering the inconvenience, I hope the hotel takes steps to address sound insulation for a more peaceful stay for all guests.
