We stayed 1 night. Bedfing is terrible: our sheets had HOLES AND WERE VERY OLD and of bad quality! Reseptionist is rude and her attitude is as you were her worst enemy. NO SOAP!! in the bathroom only that which is attached in a dispenser in the shower. Shower was cold though it was heated but I freeze standing there. No toothbrush or tooth paste At least they had a teapot and coffe. Only Top daily nearby. They charge 150 bath for taxi to the airport. When we left airport we got up to departures (3 rs floor) and get a taxi there by taxometer for 95 bath to hotel. Taxis on arrivals tried to rip off 500! bath and were send to hell by me

Convenient Booked the place for 4 nights since I had flight to Canada from Bangkok. Had a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. It takes a while to go around since the hotel is located around 5 mins walk from the main road. The nearest sky train station is Lat krabang which would cost around 40-50 Baht on a motorcycle taxi. There are good places to eat nearby. The only nuisance is the loud airplane noises every 5 to 10 minutes. However, you'll get used to it after a couple of minutes. Overall, this place is budget friendly and best for short stay. Plus point: airport pick up and drop off at 150 Baht.

Day time receptionist needs to learn how to communicate with customers better. She’s has no skills to be a receptionist at all. If I’m is owner of this place I will fired her asap. That my opinion.

The only one good thing is location near the airport. My mother stayed here 2 times, I booked the hotel for her. There are no toothpaste and brush in the room! But in description of the room it exists! When mom asked them about that, they told her she need to pay extra for toothpaste and brush! Terrible! I faced with that first time in my hotel experience.
