I booked well in advance of needing the room and got a great price. The room was spotless and the service terrific. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a very wide range of food. All staff attentive and very helpful. Couldn't ask for better! Highly recommended. Only downside was hearing other rooms doors shut, but I dropped off to sleep ok!

Right in the heart of the city, this great hotel was the perfect place to stay when we were in Belfast for a wedding. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially concierge John Dodd who assisted us with parking. The breakfast, which so often lets down a hotel, was possibly the best I’ve had, with something for everyone from full Irish to continental. Also ate in the Grand Cafe and enjoyed it too. Rooms are luxurious and comfortable, with proper chairs so you can relax

Very clean, modern hotel. Didn't get a smile from reception when checking in, everyone has a bad day from time to time. Stunning views on the top floor, we enjoyed afternoon tea. It was busy and our waitress forgot to serve us Smoked Salmon before our sandwiches. They sere only little bites, however it is attention to detail that gets 5 stars. All the staff were very professional, very smart, and called me sir.

I was excited to stay in the hotel. However the rooms were just like any other 3 or 4 star hotel. Plus side was, that there was a proper little ironing board and iron. The TV concierge system lacked full information about breakfast and dining. We asked the staff several times about the breakfast as it wasn't in our package and we thought we would try it . The girl on reception didn't even know if it had fresh fruit or anything else about it! Anyway on the morning we did phone reception again and were told breakfast was served on 1st floor. I'm so glad we went , the breakfast was excellent. The only criticism was that the little pots of butter for your toast was actually a spread. Now that was a definite despite being told it was butter. Location really hard to beat. Value for money, I think a good Premier Inn wins hands down.

The room view and the location are good but the service is horrible. 1. When I check out, we agreed that they will send the invoice to my mailbox - not sent. 2. I forgot my belongs in the room. I called a few hours later, describing where is it. They said that they will come back to me - no action 3. I had to come back from Dublin to Belfast to check my loss- the loss is not even recorded. They do not seem to respect that this is very important and personal belongs. And I am really angry that they just simply said that it is not recorded even though I told them where to find it. There is my phone number and email in my personal belongs. If someone found it, they should know where to contact. I do not get it why. I called almost immediately after I check out, knowing where it was. Another thing: When my colleague checked out, he got a hotel dinner bill for around 90 pounds that he did not even have but the dinner is still billed in his room. I have travelled to so many countries and lived in different kinds of hotel. I have never experienced such unprofessional service. I seldom complain in the public. But this is really terrible. The reception is rude and impatient. Terrible. There are plenty of other good hotels in Belfast. I won’t come back again and will also suggest my colleagues not to book here. Checking other people’s complain about this hotel service, I am not surprised because it is REALLY TERRIBLE! I also wrote their customer service, guess what, no reply of course! How horrible is this! I need my personal belongings back. Avoid this hotel if you want a pleasant business trip or holiday because you won’t get any support if somethings happens. They really need to get more professional stuffs if they claim to be a 5 start hotel.
