Reception staff lovely and helpful. Arrived early so bags were stored and later taken to our rooms when they were ready. Only gripe about the room is that is was dark. Tiny skinny window and only one bedside lamp (twin room). Big TV and amazing shower. Comfortable beds. Breakfast OK.

Stayed Friday night on arrival greeted by a lovely girl on reception we checked into the Doffer Suite and was on the 6th floor . We had a lovely large room . Warm, and was well presented with everything we needed . We had room service and the food was very good , we had a drink in the Loft and it was really peaceful and again well presented . A young bar attendant got us our drinks and he was full of chat, polite & was very well presented , neat & tidy . We had breakfast which was just ok wasn’t very warm , and lacked taste staff were young and not professional, could have been much better in this area . However wouldn’t stop us from returning in the near future , The reception staff in the evening and on vacating we’re extremely pleasant and could not do enough for us .

We had a recent two night stay at 10 Square to attend a wedding in the hotel. We stayed in a very comfortable room with very nice decor. The staff went out of their way to provide a memorable stay, being very courteous and helpful. The wedding went off without a hitch, and was enjoyed by all who attended. All in all a very enjoyable stay, in the heart of Belfast.

Went for dinner here last night. Went into the bar for a few drinks that wasn’t cheap so didnt expect to sit freezing in the bar. Had a beautiful dinner in the restaurant it’s wasn’t the warmest either. Nipped back into the bar to finish our drinks and still no difference. Asked was the heating on and one of the bar staff said it was meant to been fixed but it wasn’t. Bad enough for a customer to come in and pay good money and sit freezing but what about the bar staff doing a shift there. It’s not good enough for the money that was spent. Would definitely think twice before I would go again Any one thinking of going for a drink the bar bring ur hat and gloves you will need them
