The room was comfortable and clean and in a good location. However, the door handle in bathroom came off, towels were soaked in bleach and we could feel it, and the laundry room was dirty and scary, dark, broken machines, sheets and towels on the floor.

Beautiful apartment, really big and clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location close to the metro station (Sevilla) and to Roma and Condesa. There’s a small gym which I enjoyed. We had a washing machine in the apartment but there’s a laundry room as well. I would choose this apartment again if I’d come back to CDMX.

We booked this location on airbnb for two adults and an infant based on the fact that their amenities listed a crib, as we had a baby born here during our trip. When we arrived and checked into our room we were told by the gentleman at the front desk that they had no cribs, after which we tried to contact the host through airbnb to see if this were true, we never received a response and airbnb assigned us another location that had a crib. After this was done, days later the host left a false review under our airbnb account stating that we never asked for a crib and never tried to contact them, when we have messages on the airbnb site and emails that prove otherwise. Give what you say you have on your amenities, and give a timely response to requests and this wont be an issue in the future.
