I’m a light sleeper and required the front desk gave us a higher floor for more quiet, we stayed in 11th floor and after 10pm, it’s quiet enough for me to sleep. The room has lots of space and clean. The view is nice too. Because our room has extra 25% so we tried their breakfast and dinner and that was good too.

The neighborhood (but not the street) is the best part about this place. Prices are fair but beds are lumpy, they have the thinnest possible blankets (in the middle of winter) and the phone in the room was not connected so we couldn't even ask for more. The cleanliness could be improved but was also not terrible. The TV in the room was big and modern and allowed to be connected to one's phone to stream directly and also had many channels.

Comfortable rooms. Breakfast was really good, and the staff were all very professional and friendly. Great location just off the Reforma, easy to take a stroll from there right down to the Zocalo, sightseeing along the way.

Room: Rooms are clean and well. They look like the pictures the hotel posts. Food: The food was good. They have a restaurant that offers buffet service from 7pm -11pm for only $190 pesos. The drinks are not included. It is a good price for the quality of the food. Hospitality: Service was great, no complains. Staff was wonderful. Location: Unfortunately there is construction across the street from the hotel and if you are a light sleeper, it might be a problem bc they also work at night. Ot isn't a lot of noise, but if you suffer from insomnia, it might be a problem. You can hear drilling at night. There isn't much scenery outside of the hotel. It is nicely located near Paseo de Reforma and the neighborhood seems middle class and safe. There is a 7 eleven open 24 hours on the next block. In conclusion, this hotel was good for me because I was on a budget and only staying for three nights. Like I said, the rooms, food and service were good. Only Con was the construction noise at night because I already have a history of insomnia. I did not upload photos from the room because I didn't take a picture when I just arrived and everything was nice and clean and I don't want to do it a disservice. Like I said, rooms look like thr pictures the hotel posted.
