The check-in process was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff seemed disorganized and untrained, leaving me waiting for an absurd amount of time. The lack of communication and efficiency made the whole experience incredibly frustrating. I expected much more from a supposedly reputable hotel. Despite them making me wait past one hour from my check in time. They didn't have the basic courtesy to offer a glass of water when I asked, I was told they cannot offer water until after check in procedure is done. Which was delayed from their end. Consider looking elsewhere if you value your time and sanity.

I had made a reservation for a 5-night stay at this Hotel, and I must say that I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the location is indeed commendable, the service left much to be desired. To start with, the breakfast was far from satisfactory. The quality of the food was subpar, and it did not meet the standards I expected for a place of this reputation. This was particularly disappointing as breakfast is an important part of any hotel stay, and it set a negative tone for my day. Additionally, I encountered a significant issue with room service. Despite making multiple calls to the reception, no one from the staff came to attend to my requests. This lack of responsiveness was not only frustrating but also inconvenient, as it impeded my ability to enjoy a comfortable stay. While the location of the Hotel is indeed a positive aspect, it is clear that the service quality does not match the price and reputation of the place. I had high expectations for my stay, but unfortunately, those expectations were not met. It is my hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and takes steps to improve the service quality, as it would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests. In its current state, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this Hotel to others.

Live review still staying here. I have booked for 4 nights and regret after staying as since the minute we arrived there was no help at all. The bell boy didn't bother to help with luggage ( I had 6+bags &2kids) nor help with parking for the car. At check in, had to wait looking time before I was attended. After check in, Next day, there was NO HOUSEKEEPING done while we were out, despite NOT having put a do not disturb sign, Nor was it done on the second day, which is supposed to be a by- default housekeeping to be done unless told by guest not to do. On second day I called hotel before arriving back at hotel to get housekeeping done, it was done just for namesake.( No vacuum done, no towels changed ) and THE WERE COCKROACH in the room. Called reception twice, went to reception physically, BUT NO HELP. Does one expect to find cockroach in a 4 star property ?? Is it too much you expect proper housekeeping and attentive service at a 4 star hotel ,? I need a refund or upgradation right away at I'm currently staying at the said hotel in Dubai Deira . I spoke with the hotel manager staff and NOTHING WAS DONE. Stil living in dirty room and no one came you remove the cockroach nor Change our rooms. There is some live music noise as well going on right now at 1.15 am. They are highly understaffed and not really willing to help . Breakfast is okay. First day tea was warm. Not even hot. Second breakfast was okay. DON'T WASTE YOUR hard earned MONEY. Utterly dissatisfied.

Night staff in the reception blows up small issues and makes you wait for over 30 mins even if you have booked for suites and for premium check ins. They then act like they solved the issue with so much effort. I played along to see how long it would take for them to give us what we had paid for and it took them over 40 mins to just check us in. Rooms are OK but the hotel should put in a bit more effort to train their staff to be a little more welcoming to the guests. Breakfast was good and the catering staff was polite and helpful.

We had a very horrible experience. This hotel was formerly known as Sheraton and we were happy that we booked at the right place. There was absolutely no pros about this place and instead a huge list cons. 1. We stayed at the 4th and little did we know that there is a bar at the 5th floor. We couldn't sleep till 2am in the morning as there was a loud bang and vibration right into our head which gave us a bad headache. 2. The closet was continuously leaking and flush was just stuck for an entire day. 3. Very less options for breakfast. 4. The rooms were stinky and not a pleasant smell when you enter into the room. 5. No valet parking available until you get down from the car and go inside and ask for a valet parking. Was very shocked as to how come a 4 star hotel works this way. I would personally not recommend this place to anyone.
