The service really really bad. First we booking as a grup for my room I booking with extra bed, but they not prepare the extra bed. The lift they have it's very small. We wait the queue for 15 minute to going up. Then 20 minute for the extra bed. Of course I'm complaining for that. How they not make sure for that, I travel with 68 years old lady (my mom) very tried and didn't get dinner. They promise me to give better room for tomorrow. I'm oke with that. But second after we use the bathroom, water can't going inside the sink. They really not make sure the room before give it to guest? I telling them to change the room this night. But they telling us to not shower or use our friends bathroom. It is 5 star hotel solutions? Ridiculous We wait until 22:30 from 19:30 until they fix all, then we can rest, eat and shower. But we must still waiting until tomorrow to change the room. And one more, not all staff can speak English, we complain from phone, but they don't understand. Bad service? Yes absolutely

Hello all! Currently staying at your hotel and had a disappointing encounter at the reception. While I was seeking assistance with the WiFi, one of the staff members (the one without glasses) expressed negative views about Morocco and its people, contrasting with my positive feelings about your country. This experience was quite disheartening, leaving a sour note in an otherwise pleasant stay. As a guest, I believe in promoting respect and inclusivity, regardless of nationality. Hoping for a more welcoming environment in the future! Naila

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel the staff were very helpful, especially at reception, I didn’t realise that I had switched a switch in the room that stopped the maid coming in so my room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days so that could be more obvious as it was next to the light switch I loved the pool and spa area plus the gym was well equipped but thought that the women’s changing area should be off limits for male staff walking through their door as a short cut which happened a lot! The male changing area didn’t even have a door so you could walk towards it and see men getting changed
