A 5-star hotel was definitely not for me. I got room number 408. It was a room with a beautiful design. Unfortunately, it was too loud. the room doors are not soundproofed enough. The hotel's technical system was directly in front of my window below. There was noise 7/24 on this side (north side of the hotel). Noise also came from the refrigerator that was in the room. When I first got the room, there were long hairs all over the floor. I cleaned the floor myself. Room service was ok and delicious. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best employee for me was the nice lady with the headscarf at the reception. As I said, unfortunately, I got a room on the side of the hotel where the hotel's technical system was located. I could hardly sleep in room number 408. Next time, if I get another room, I may stay at this hotel again. 😉 Anyway, thanks!

the room was very well designed, include all the necessities. the dinning room have so much variety of food and it is very well seasoned. great service too. overall a really nice experience!!

I stayed at the hotel in mid-August 2023, I really liked the hotel. I was pleased with the hospitable staff, they maintained a high level of comfort throughout the days, clean and comfortable rooms. I only had breakfast included; the kitchen amazed me with the quantity and deliciousness of the dishes every day! It’s nice that the hotel has a sweet shop, a beauty salon and a travel agency👍🏻 The conciger service is very good 👏🏻 The prices are reasonable, I confidently recommend visiting 😃

"My experience at Retaj Hotel fell short of expectations. The room was uncomfortably warm as the air conditioning seemed to be malfunctioning. For a supposed five-star establishment, the lack of proper climate control was disappointing. The service provided didn't meet the standard expected from a top-rated hotel. It's unfortunate that these issues impacted what could have been a more enjoyable stay."
