The rooms are basic and show signs of age.. there was no TV channel in English.. and the WiFi was intermittent and I could only get it in parts of the room... The location is next to a major road that is busy 24 hours a day. Lots of road noise when windows are open. And there is not much to see/ do around the local area.. it is a good 1 hours drive to the city center.

Very dirty hotel. The floor is covered by dirty spots at the hall near the elevator. The floor is covered by sticky spots in the room. The wallpaper is torn at some places. The refrigerator is not working, very dirty and has a horrible smell. The fan in the bathroom is noizy. The furniture in the bathroom is broken. Bad wifi. We had to check out in 20 minutes after check-in because of this horrible condition of the room in particular and the hotel in general.

Good evening, today I had a little problem with a food delivery here to my room. I went down to the reception and there were 2 gentlemen on the night shift, which I asked for a little help, one of them told me that they were only interested in orders. that they were made inside the hotel what outside the hotel is only of interest to them, which I found to be a very rude and very rude person. They shouldn't end up with a person like this facing the public working like this. Then after a while I was able to get the phone number and I couldn't call with my phone, I went again and the 2 workers started talking to each other and didn't want to help. If you ever think about coming to this hotel, think about it a lot since its night staff are not polite and are not prepared to deal with the public

This place was book with treatment package for us. The place is absolutely disgusting beds are smelly and uncomfortable. You can hear people flushing toilet in the middle of the night there is no sleep here. Shower is unbelievably dirty. While we went out shopping cleaners took our bed sheets and never replaced them. The photos I took will speak for the room carpet. I’m glad I had surgery I didn’t eat breakfast all cups were dirty not many options same breakfast every day tea and juice machine were moldy. The whole experience was disappointed this hotel is -1 star.
