The rooms smell of cigarettes, the rooms are old. There is an elevator. Windows don't block out noise. Road noise is heard all night. There is parking for 5 cars. The breakfast was delicious. Overpriced.

Excellent service and very friendly people. Free breakfast. Clean rooms, I checked one room but decided to pay extra for a larger one and both were clean. Very close to public transportation and they have a parking lot if you have a car. This hotel is our stop next and every time we are in Istanbul. I highly recommend it.

The staff and employees are so kind & friendly -definitely the friendliest I've encountered during my time in hotels in Istanbul! They go to great lengths to make sure we're comfortable. The receptionist is very decent and also speaks good English. Everyone is so welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. This is definitely my best stay in Istanbul!
