Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Such helpful lovely staff, wonderful spa and pool with beautiful views of the mountains - and a delicious breakfast. It is a heritage building with beautiful architecture, antique furniture , amazing stairs, huge corridors. Very clean with marble everywhere and silk wall coverings. We're English and love the slightly faded glory/stately home feel. Please don't do the 'full upgrade' some are recommending. It would be a sin. These things can never be replaced/ replicated. There are probably other hotels locally which have had a full makeover, so I'd say: go there if that's what you're looking for .

Nice place right by the side of the river. Booked a junior suite with a riverside view, very spacious and amazing views from the room. Service is Amazing, thanks to Lucia for such exceptional service They have a very nice indoor swimming pool.

The hotel does not have A/C I am guessing like a lot of other historic and higher end hotels in Switzerland and in Europe. But the hotel is gorgeous, in the perfect spot, has great staff and lot of good amenities included. Worth the money.

We stayed for 11 days in Lindner Beau Rivage. We booked 2 twin rooms. The location was ideal as it was next to the station and the river and it was in the center of Interlaken. The view was beautiful from the balcony. The staff in the reception, in the restaurant and the room service were extremely kind and helpful. However, it would be better if the hotel changed the furniture, carpet and curtains as they are very outdated. The menu for dinner at the hotel’s restaurant ‘L’Ambiance’ was very poor. The dessert was good though. We really spent a good time here. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Interlaken.

Hotel has rude staff and not at all helpful. Even though we are paying so much but the staff treated us as if we were staying for free. I had 3 rooms. Rooms smell and have no air conditioning. Asked at the reception to change the bedsheets as they were smelling but they refused as they had no staff. Food is bad and even though they have mostly Indian tourists they have No vegetarian options.
