Great location and comfy stay with nice aura. Hotel is perfectly located as we wanted. Just step out of it and you are at Interlaken west and in the main market. Lot of nice eateries and cafes around, plus souvenirs shops. Service and staff of the hotel were terrific. There is a buffet breakfast too which was nice but I would like to add a small suggestion to add some more cuisines to it as it was very limited. Rest, rooms are pretty comfy and clean with Mountain View which was amazing. Definitely recommended for stay when in Interlaken.

We are very satisfied with our stay at Hotel Bernerhof Interlaken. Among the hotels we stay in Switzerland, this hotel leaves a very good impression in us. Firstly, the location is very central and near the train station. Secondly, the hotel is very clean and spacious. Last but not least, we would like to express our sincere thanks to the receptionist Jerome in the hotel. His hospitality and patience make our whole stay here very memorable and worth it!

The staff at Hotel Bernerhof have been the most friendly we have found during our 5 week European holiday. On arrival, the gentleman at reception was able to assist with all our queries and provided amazing recommendations for our stay in Interlaken. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, providing for 3 people in our room. The breakfast was also amazing, offering fresh and tasty food options.

Super clean, spacious rooms w/ lots of storage. It’s close to a lot of the shops near by and also the train station. You can hear the trains running. No A/C, but they give you a fan. The bathroom is very clean and they provide an all in one cleaning gel - hands, hair and body. It actually created a lot of suds and the scent was not overwhelming. Lots of outlets. The TV is prob one of the smallest TV I’ve seen in a hotel room. Our room had a nice couch to lounge on. The front desk staff was very nice. We got there early AM, checked our luggage with them and they helped us move it to our room before we arrived. It was a pleasant surprise. The elevator is slow and small though. The stairs will be much faster.

Had an amazing stay of 6 nights in Hotel Bernerhof Interlaken. Everything about the hotel is wonderful. Great location just a minute walk from Interlaken West station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room with a balcony. And there’s air conditioning in their superior and family rooms, which is perfect if staying during summer. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available for hotel guests in the lounge area. Breakfast menu is the same daily but it’s a great spread. There’s eggs, beans, sausages, bread, ham, cheese, cereal, yogurt, fruits, coffee, tea, juice, milk. It’s also nearby to supermarket, many restaurants and shops. Definitely will recommend it to anyone who’s visiting Interlaken! It’s a 3-star hotel with 5-star standards.
