Hotel in good location. Condition tired, needs work carried out to all public areas. Rooms clean and tidy, but no needs some upgrading. Service is excellent, staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is continental buffet, enough choice. However, the Spa, pool, fitness centre, and restaurant do not appear to have been available for guest use for some time, a main reason for booking the hotel, so very disappointed. The roof top terrace not available to guests, only booked functions. The lobby bar only opened restricted hours, so coffees, drinks etc are only available from vending machines on each floor. Hotel website still advertises all the features not available, so need to check if reopened when booking.

The hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars in my opinion. Bathroom shower didn’t work properly, lacked basic amenities, AC didn’t work unless it was set it to lowest temp, no water was provided (vending machine on each floor though), my room had a view of a car parking and not the fancy one as promoted, breakfast was open for all and it was absolutely basic (like you would get at a hostel). Half of the switches didn’t work. Only one lamp and bathroom light worked I wouldn’t stay here again and won’t recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is a big joke. Huge hotel in a good location but very much resembles a 90's hotel in Eastern Europe. Pretentious is the word. Very cold welcoming and extreme minimalistic rooms. It feels a bit like a hospital. Also the pool is closed since covid.. breakfast is also hospital like. Poor quality food and not even real coffee. Not sure how the hotel can exist.. it does the job but just put your expectation low, very low 4 stars is certainly a weird thing. Very questionable how they got this.....................
