For a hotel proclaiming itself as 4-star, I expected more. Rooms: - we were told that two water bottles would be provided as complimentary. But, we came to know that they are only provided per stay and not per day which is a bummer. -air conditioning doesn’t work. - leaking toilet flush and shower gun - they don’t change the bed sheets everyday. They just make the bed with the same bed sheets as first day. I don’t understand how it is any different from any Airbnb. For a 4-star hotel, we expected a bed with fresh bed sheets after a long day. Breakfast: -Not many options. Seemed like repetitive with very less variety. The scrambled eggs in particular were very bad. When requested for basic items like pan cakes etc, we were told that would be extra. The home baked cookies were very delicious though. Staff: Except the receptionist lady who welcomed us when checking in, everyone else seemed bit cold and not so customer friendly.

Wasn't super sure about this place when we first booked it online. Saw a lot of graffiti around the streets and thought it might not be the best neighborhood when booking online, for anyone having those same worries hopefully I can persuade you otherwise. The hotel was really nice, the room was super clean and modern, this was one of the only hotels that actually let's their guests control the air unit in their room. We had a room on the 5th floor so we had a little balcony that we could leave the windows open during the night. Super close to Vatican City, and the train station is just right down the street from the hotel. Continental breakfast was good and we had a great overall experience. Room was always clean when we came back from walking all day.

We booked an easyJet holiday, 2 weeks before we were due to fly out we were switched to this hotel. The decor is a bit dated and needs some refurbishment, especially the shower cubicles as ours had a build up of limescale on the rubbers turning them a browny yellow, the location put us outside the main area of Rome by 3.5 km, the metro station being a 15 min walk away, the walls were paper thin, we could hear the neighbours peeing and what their conversations were about, we even heard them zipping their suitcases up, we asked for a twin room and ended up with a double, didn’t really see a lot of the staff as we were out for most of the day so can’t really comment on that, breakfast was ok not a bad selection

This hotel is okay, better than many in Rome, but certainly nothing above and beyond. Very dated although still in good enough condition, nice lobby although has some unknown odours, and staff are generally friendly. The beds were acceptable, and breakfast was also good. Our problem was with the “air conditioning” which did not work as it should have, we were struggling to sleep at night due to the heat when we specifically booked an air conditioned room. Overall, a decent hotel away from the centre of Rome, with many fantastic restaurants and a beautiful grocery store nearby.
