Grand Hyatt Dubai Residence is a nice place to be. Wonderful location, spacious rooms and clean environment. Unlike other residences, they clean your rooms everyday, give drinking water daily, and change the towels and other toiletries. We had booked the apartment from 30th November to 12 December 2023. I was the first member of the team to arrive on the 30th of November at about 5:30am. I would not be checked in that time as I was told the check in starts by 2pm. The receptionist however told me to go hang in the lounge of the main hotel and come back by 9am to be checked in. I did as she said and came back to be checked in by 9am. On the last day of our stay, some of our team members had gone out and were not back before 12:00 noon when we were supposed to check out. Exactly 12 noon, our keys were deactivated. We had to beg to be given a little time for our team members to come back and pack their things from the rooms and they obliged. Our experience here was splendid but we observed that Grand Hyatte value each minute of their time and are not ready to allow a client get away with so much of their minutes. Their politeness with you changes immediately the moment your money expires. By and large, it is a nice facility to stay at.

This place is the worst hotel and residence Dubai. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! This place is a giant scam. 1. Almost every night there are HUGE fights that wake you up because of the club in the hotel. There were numerous times where people were bloodied and even knifes were pulled. 2. When you order food you need to wait 20-30 minutes for someone to bring it up. Because they are short on staff ALWAYS. 4. THE WIFI DOES NOT WORK. The amount of people that complain to them daily, and no one does anything. The wifi goes and comes and is like a 1-star hotel and residence. 5. The food is not up to expectations at all. 6. Some staff are very rude and unprofessional. 7. The furniture in the rooms are hideous, everything is outdated and very very old. 8. The management team is a big group of uneducated, stingy, lazy people, that do absolutely NOTHING even though everyday people complain. Overall, avoid this place. 1 star. So bad!!!!!

I am really dissatisfied with the management of grand hyatt residence dubai. It was the 7th birthday of my daughter and we book a 4 bedroom hotel apartment to celebrate my daughter's birthday and we invited some friends to come over for just a dinner. A lot of our invited guest was not allowed to enter by the receptionist and the guard. We tried to talk to the manager on duty to allow our guest to let them in just to eat dinner even for 30 minutes but they are inconsiderate of our request. It's such a shame that our guest was already in the lobby but was not allowed to enter and some of them came from abu dhabi just to eat dinner with us. This is not our first hotel apartment that we book to and this is the first time that this incident happened to us. Never again I will book to this inconsiderate hotel apartment.

They are thiefs!!!! They took 1200 Derham for deposit then they denied that they took it. RACHEL was the one who took the money. She didn't give us a receipt and said why do you need a receipt, do you not trust me?!!!! After a LONG discussion and checking the cameras and not showing the videos to us, they only gave us 200 Derham back. The person who introduced himself as manager was VERYYY rude and yelled at my mom. STAY AWAYYYYYYYY. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. We stayed from 19/ March/ 2023 to 25/ March/2023 in the residential apartments. Such a shame for Hyatt.
