I don't normally stay in nice hotels so I don't normally write reviews for hotels. This is an exception. The hotel is quite lovely. The rooms are beautifully designed and decorated (although you enter through the bathroom to get into my room). The restaurant on the 32nd floor serves a mean Vegas style buffet.

This Grand Hyatt has high ceilings in the lobby and contemporary/ upscale design. The lounge has an unbelievable view of the city. The first floor has luxury shopping and there are plenty of such stores. There was a Louis 13 Cognac kiosk that day and the woman working there was super sweet. The woman that helped me at the front desk was also really nice and had an amazing personality. The restaurant has good dim sum and the breakfast selection is huge. I got a private room for some Chinese food, which was high quality. Rooms, gym, and facilities are all nice. Only complaint is the elevator system is confusing, you have to take 1 elevator to get to the front desk. Then another to get to your room. A bit time consuming. Overall can recommend this hotel!

4.5 stars. Very nice and modern rooms with a touch of luxury even in the ordinary rooms. Some fancy details like Japanese toilet and transparent shower wall turning opaque. Helpful service. The elevator system is slightly confusing forcing you to go up before going down. Good breakfast restaurant with stunning views, although the selection could be better for premium class. Would use again.

This was a very nice Hyatt location. Very upscale in everything aesthetic and staff was super professional. I only stayed one night but did enjoy breakfast the next day which was local or American. I opted for local, which was delicious. My room was nice, with modern but classy finishes throughout. Shower had auto-frost glass and was encased in the middle of the room. For a quick stay, definitely recommend. Location is such that you'll endure much traffic wherever you're going to in Shenzhen.
