Nice hotel, large rooms, well equipped, good selection of restaurants and nice breakfast Check in and check out hours could be more flexible. The standard check in time is 4pm and checkout is 11am, which is not that attractive for guests. Could put some chairs in the balcony to enjoy it. Also shampoo and shower gel bottles are very small.

Their warm welcome make you feel like a VIP, exceptional service and attention to details. Many praises for the reception team. The rooms are clean and luxurious. Decor and lighting super. We will definitely return.

Rooms, service, and fine dining are good enough for businesses or family travel. But, there is only one entrance shared restaurant's guests and room customers. Also, some guests can easily take elevator to room floors. If you care about personal privacy, both points may be concerned.

I guess when they name the hotel as “Grand” something, they truly mean it. Everything is grand here indeed. I stayed in both the Ritz & Marina Bay Sands in Singapore before and we thought that was very nice. But this place is over the top. And please try their Spa. I know I should not photo it but I just can’t help it. We tried two of the several onsite restaurants. Just too bad we never get to try Mipon. Again, this is a wonderful place to enjoy Taipei.
