Relatively new 1 year old hotel, well suited for business travelers and holiday makers. Entrance and lobby was rather underwhelming. Staff are well trained and always ready to help. The winning feature of this hotel would have to be their rooms. I stayed in a grand deluxe room and it was very nice, well fitted and very aesthetically pleasing. Turn down service provided. Nice touch with the smart light switches and room sensors (I think). Small touches like the bath salts is a nice touch! The hotel itself is slightly further out away from the old quarters but somehow I had an enjoyable walk to and back - taking in the sights at night. Stay here if room quality matters to you - you will not be disappointed.

In summary, my stay at this hotel was marked by its friendly staff, efficient processes, clean and comfortable room, delightful dining experience, and a helpful concierge team. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I eagerly look forward to returning in the future. I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff truly stood out with their exceptional friendliness, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was impeccably clean, I appreciated the comfort and cleanliness it provided, which significantly enhanced my overall experience. On top of that, dining at the restaurant on level 2 was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was pleasant, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. The concierge staff also deserves special mention for their unwavering friendliness and remarkable assistance throughout my stay.

This place is great value and an amazing place. We will definitely be coming back. The food is fantastic. The pool was a little cold this time of year but the gym had everything you need. Special mention to Quality helping me out in the gym. The hotel gave me a little suprise for my birthday which was nice

Great property. Beautifully designed rooms with old world- Indochine charm and modern conveniences. Beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms truly lovely. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ely at the front desk and Quality in the pool/fitness area who made our stay all the better. The location is outside the old town but has easy access- especially to the diplomatic quarter.
