Actually in love with this hotel, the staff were so nice and welcome - always greeting you everyday. The room was immaculate, loved how big the room was. Obsessed with their lobby, I love how nice it always smell! And I love their buffet breakfast! Their options are endless. Takes 5 min or less depending on your walk to get to the main shopping centre

Good location, pretty central to the main CBD, K-Rd and Ponsonby. Hotel rooms are decent enough, staff are super helpful and welcoming. Swimming pool and sauna were pretty nice. Didn't use any of the other facilities (food/drink).

Had an amazing 4 night stay. Everything was perfect from the staff, room, the bar, swimming pool. Buffet breakfast was super impressive. Loved our stay!

We booked in to here for New Year's Eve. So glad we did. The service was great, parking next to the hotel was convenient and easy ($25 for 24 hours), and the room was super clean and a generous size. It was a short cab ride down to the Viaduct, within easy walking distance of Queen Street, Karangahape Road, and the Sky Tower. And, thankfully (due to the awful weather and torrential downpours), we were able to watch the fireworks from the Sky Tower from the first floor balcony of the hotel, meaning we thoroughly enjoyed our little getaway.
