I am sharing my honest opinion: this is genuinely one of the best hotels. I am just surprised that it's rated as a 3-star; I believe it should be at least a 4-star. The only issue I encountered was with one of the staff members at the breakfast buffet. He was quite rude, perhaps dealing with some personal issues. Unfortunately, there was no manager present to address the situation. He spoke in a disrespectful manner and seemed to believe he owned the hotel. I typically don't write negative reviews about people, but imagine being on holiday with your family and someone addresses you rudely in front of them. Honestly, this individual negatively impacted my holiday experience. However, overall, the hotel was amazing.

Don't go anywhere else, its my 2nd time in Turkey from UK and I was impressed with the level of service and qaulity. Good customer service, down to earth people. Rooms are super clean and modern. Good location too everything is within a arms reach. Thank you for everything. Will definitely be back.

It's a good city hotel, with nice clean modern rooms and good wifi. It's located very close to a busy street, so it's very noisy if you open the windows in your room. Windows look onto the nearby buildings and on a street. All in all it's a good place to stay for a couple of nights when you visit the city.
