We found ourselves here as my dad was in antolia hospital across the road, he was having an operation for a brain tumour which is terminal.. i booked a triple room for my brother and I, my mum was staying at the hospital with dad, she came to the hotel while the operation was happening and they wouldn't let her in, I showed them the scan pictures and the diagnosis, my mum was in tears but their only reply was it was policy., absolutely disgusting. Aside from this the hotel was a hell hole, shower didn't work, the pool was filthy and had to be emptied as it went green, rubbish everywhere and the rooms smelt terrible. The stray dogs outside wernt brave enough to come in and decided that the middle of the road was a safer option to sleep for the night.. hotel needs a complete overhaul and new staff, do not waste a penny here

This place is total Scam! I booked my room 3 weeks in advance through my credit card and i got confirmation number. When I came to the Hotel We had NO reservation! The reception desk guy was so rude and asked for the CASH ONLY. I said i want to pay with my credit card and he did something that its asked for pin code on my card and my credit card does not have it . I tried 3 cards, and none of them would not work at his hotel as I'm sure he did something on purpose as he wanted CASH ONLY! After dealing with my credit card to an hour and waiting I had to pay cash ( my credit card agency tried to call to the hotel and work with them , but the phone never ringed at the reception area) BTW, my credit card works just fine anywhere else in Turkey, and no one asked the pin code. Basically, I paid twice for the same hotel ! There is no customer service in this hotel!!!!

People do not do this hotel justice. It is near 3 supermarkets, many restaurants, easy busses to almost anywhere and very close to dental and other medical practices. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are nice and cleaned every day, the staff are great and helpful. The wifi doesn’t always work. Breakfast is cold boiled eggs and sometimes cold omelette (both in limited supply), salads, olives and a few other things including coffee and cold water. Eat it once and you never want it again. The water in the shower takes ages to warm to even lukewarm. But why complain? The price is 4 times less than hotel Lara or Aksa and you can easily see many local sites including the famous waterfall host by bussing it.

The location is ok, but the hotel facilities have been neglected to a point of becoming a health risk for many vulnerable visitors. The service and interaction with the staff is very poor. No internet access in the rooms. Watch out for broken wood pieces and other building material, leaking sinks, fluid flowing out from air conditioning units and be prepared to share the space with cockroaches and God knows what other crawling creatures. The pictures on the website are seriously misleading and the swimming pool is a rundown hole with very dirty water. We booked it for 4 nights and we could hardly survive the first one. We left the next morning without a refund. Not recommended for people concerned about hygiene and other health standards.

They room was completely diferent from the pictures very small and super hot, the air conditioner wasn’t good to cold the room and everything very dirty plus insects running around the room. Also when we arrived full of luggage they were looking us from the reception with out helping. And when we complained about all the room they receptionist was very rude, he gave many excuses to not change the room . CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL !!
