7 days in the hotel, great employees, nice and friendly, always helpful, manager Emre and receptionist Göktug can get a medal because the customer service and atmosphere were of the highest standard. I could give 10 stars for the cleanliness of the hotel and room as well as for the family service. I recommend it wholeheartedly. Lovely location. The service is very hospitable and always ready to help and give the best service at any time! I will back here in a few months and of course I will be pleased to be in this hotel again among such fantastic people. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for five nights. The room looks clean, but the wardrobe is falling apart. The bed is a bit too much on the hard side, and bathroom shower water tends to leave the cubical. The breakfast has a lot to be desired for. Only a few limited measly choices. The staff, on the other hand, are great. They go out of their way to help. If you do feel like eating the there are restaurants nearby that fill the void that the hotel lacks.

I’ve stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. Great location, rooms always clean, hotel looks amazing. Always staying in this hotel, because it’s the best with price and quality. Receptionist Göktug was always welcoming, and give the best service at any time! Highly recommend!
