I can't express enough how thrilled I am with my stay at Grand Orlov Hotel! From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, making my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. It was evident that the staff took great pride in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. One thing that truly stood out was the incredible politeness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. No request was too big or small; they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. What impressed me even more was their understanding and assistance when my flight was delayed, causing me to arrive late at night. Despite the inconvenient hour, I was greeted with the same kindness and efficiency as if it were midday. Their willingness to accommodate my late arrival without any hassle made a world of difference after a long and tiring journey. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding service I received at Grand Orlov Hotel. This experience has undoubtedly set a new standard for my future travels. I had an absolutely fantastic time at Grand Orlov! The cleanliness was top-notch, with rooms impeccably maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the crispness of the white linens added an extra touch of luxury. The staff was not only super cheerful but also exceptionally helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is unbeatable, perfectly situated to explore the vibrant surroundings. Anyway, was happy to stay here and will definitely come back here again 😋

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel, and I want to commend the reception team, especially Wyne, Gap, and Miles. Their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. Their warm welcome and willingness to assist with any request created a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
