Fantastic location, so easy to access public transport, both bus and tube, or as we mostly did, walk to where we wanted to go. Close to many different eateries, cuisines and a variety of shops for everyday grocery etc needs. The local cafes gave us a wonderful choice to eat it. Our room was well equipped, spacious, warm, clean and comfortable for the three of us. It was however a bit of a challenge to get to and from our room, seeming a bit of a maze and a bit difficult for me to navigate with my suitcase as it wasn’t just a flat walk, but involved, some stairs and a slope. Felt the bathroom handbasin was too big for the space sticking way out in the middle of the room. A rectangular one would have been MUCH better all round. Help from the front was immediate, helpful and always delivered in a professional,friendly way. The mini cab driver they booked for us, Ramci, was on time, courteous, easily managed our luggage, giving us a very smooth ride to St Pancras.

stayed here for two days in 2022. wasn't that great, but it was "okay" for me and my friends. theres a restaurant called Selesa which is quite well known to Malaysians in London. there are a few other halal restaurants nearby. also, near to the tube station/bus stop.

The room was fine, spacious and clean. Our check in was fine as well, and they stored our luggage before the check in, since we arrived earlier, and after the check out before we headed to the airport - which was great since our flight was late night. The location is absolutely superb! So many restaurantes and cafes close by, near the Hyde park, and two subway stations. Totally recommend this place!

Location is good. But the facility is pretty old, so couldn't believe this hotel is 4 star hotel. The corridor is so narrow and hard to carry the luggage. The bed condition was not that clean. It makes some noises. The desk clerk was not polite, even rude. Lastly, they can provide underground room at the basement floor(I stayed at the 3rd floor luckly), so you must keep in mind the staying in the basement. Only thing that I can recommend is the location. It was easy to access tourist attractions.

Had a fantastic experience at Grand Plaza Apartments. Spotless quad suite with daily cleaning with comfy beds. The suite has a small kitchen with all equipment needed (fridge, microwace, stove and cooking stuff). The hotel is located near every thing you need (restaurants, tube, cafe). Friendly and welcoming receptionispts as well. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have kids.
