- A quite old hotel, spacious room which is rare in the center of Tokyo- with the same price. The facility itself is quite old, it was hard to find the AC controller and also not easy to adjust so I have to ask room service to help. They also do not offer women amenities such as skin care as other business hotel. There was also no introduction about the gym, relaxation service & facilities although I spoke Japanese when checked in. The room was also very near to each other and I can hear sound in closet from room next door. - It will cost 1500~2000 yen for every hour late check out. - convenient location which is around 5-7mins to Shinagawa station. There are also a lot of nearby restaurant which are walkable. There is 7/11 downstairs which is convenient for shopping anytime.

Rooms are old and a bit dated. Nice sized room. Garden view from patio is nice. Looks like 1990’s high end hotel. Price is mostly related to location is my opinion. I wouldn’t brag about this place for the price we paid. But, it served our needs.

Unpleasant experience at this hotel. Firstly, there was a lack of proper introduction to the hotel amenities such as the sauna, gym, breakfast options, garden, and restaurant. While other native Japanese guests received thorough information from the staff, I was left without any guidance. Secondly, discovering hair in the toilet was an immediate and unwelcome introduction to the condition of the room. It was not the first impression I expected. Furthermore, when I asked the lobby to fill the water dispenser in the gym, the staff member who attended to me did not acknowledge my request or offer an apology before abruptly leaving. Fortunately, another staff member standing nearby noticed the situation and promptly apologized on behalf of the hotel. These instances don't seem like mere coincidences and indicate a need for improvement in the overall guest experience. The hotel should address these issues to ensure a more positive stay for future guests.

Our saving grace! Our Airbnb had a false address and we did not feel comfortable staying there, so we were able to find a room here. Balconies with beautiful views of Tokyo tower and the city. Nice sized tub for romantic baths. Convenience stores within the hotel. Great location near train station and shopping areas. Beautiful gardens. Love love loved our stay for our honeymoon.

The hotel is quite old and rooms are average, but decent for the price. The only issue is that you can hear footsteps upstairs really loudly so it’s not a good place for total relaxation. I had to go home once and pick up my noise cancelling ear phones, so not a very good experience. Location is good if you are going by car but a bit far from the train station. We stayed in the area of the hotel where pets are allowed but the 1st floor elevator carpet and carpet in the hall before the elevator was very dirty and stained - surprising for a 4 star hotel. Would not stay again.
