I have had such a wonderful experience at the resort. The food has been excellent, the rooms are large and clean. But, the most notable thing has been the incredible staff. Tonight, our party went to La Hacienda for dinner. The service was wonderful, but there was a standout among them. Hugo provided the best dining experience of my life, he was so funny, while being knowledgeable and creating such a fun atmosphere. If you stay, I highly recommend trying to get a reservation here. The food was great, but the vibes were immaculate. Editing to add: today is my departure day, and I had a bell boy bring my suitcase to the lobby. If you’re lucky enough to get Eduardo Sanchez, know that you’re going to receive the best care. He not only carried my admittedly very heavy bag with care, he immediately offered me a ride on the shuttle. When he happened across some monkeys he paused so I could enjoy them. He’s another shining example of how lovely the staff is here!

Beautiful resort. Delicious food with lots of great options. The staff are fantastic, they work extremely hard. Shout out to the staff member Martin who made us feel extremely welcomed!! He was fantastic with kids. Great positive energy which was contagious!!

Very big resort, can be overwhelming! Check in experience was horrible, rude front desk, 1st resort ever (I have been in over 20 at least around the Caribbean)that didn't offer us a drink when arrived. Even water I was asked to wait until check in is over, and I have a bracelet on in order to get water🥵. We requested a month an a half in advance connecting rooms for the kids, and they didn't had them for us, until a long and exhausting arguments. Very long and exhausting check in process, that wasted our 1st day afternoon 😑. We celebrated 2 events on the trips, we made sure they had it on the reservation, but they chose to ignore us and not acknowledge them in any way. Restaurants needed reservation at least 2 days in advance which forced us on the first night to eat at the Buffet which was OK. After a nice tip I was able to get reservation for the next night. Restaurants are very nice, food was very good, and besides the French restaurant service was good and fast. The Rooms were outdated, we stayed for 5 days they didn't clean our rooms, and empty the trash even once(see pics). The pools are nice, but no way to relax with all this crazy animals running around, eating your food, drinking your drinks, and picking inside your bags. It was very annoying and scary at time for my little girl🦝. The beach is welcoming and nice, the activities were ok. We were a bit disappointed from the overall experience, but I guess for the price you get what you pay for!

Such a great place if you like swimming! There are loads of pools with the hotel- quiet, loud with music, loud with entertainment and then there is the beach with the beautiful ocean. We spent Christmas day as a family jumping over the waves. It could not have been more perfect. Food from the burger stand was good, especially the pulled pork sandwiches. Taco truck was amazing. Food in the restaurants was also tasty with fresh pasta made to order in front of you, nice grilled meat at every meal time, thematic evenings - Mexican, Spanish Italian etc. Lots of bars all making cocktails and lots of people happy to take your order and wait on you so you don't queue. Rooms were clean each with a picture window view. This was our third time here and it just keeps getting better!

Our second two week stay. Absolutely love this place. Great walks, good food, great french restaurant. Staff seem happy, the way they get along. It's a big place, constant cleaning and groundskeeping going on, so it's pretty much spotless. Only thing I'd say is the house wine is lousy. Spanish people own the resort, you'd think they could find a decent bottle somewhere in Spain!
