Had the recent pleasure staying at Grand Royal Condos for a week and I could not have been more pleased. The entire experience was nostalgic to a 5-star hotel. Timely communication from management who was present 24-7 to all my inquiries, even at 4:00AM. The suite was no doubt professional cleaned. Extra towels was provided including easy access to reserved parking. I would not hesitate returning my next business trip and highly recommend my friends, family, colleagues and anyone seeking professional accommodations in Toronto! Thanks for the great stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Grand Royal Condos. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well-appointed, and it was close to Rogers Centre where I had tickets to a concert. It was a awesome home base from which to explore the city. TIP: Do yourself a favour and get a 3 bedroom with a view beside the CN Tower. It’s so amazing. The customer service was very good (the lovely wine welcome gift was an appreciated bonus)

Found a posting for a 1 bedroom condo on air bnb for a work trip. The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. The building is well secured and located in a easy to navigate spot. Starbucks right next door for morning coffee! Beautiful view from the 34th floor balcony. The sound proofing was great too. I would happily stay here again next visit out!

Location was excellent. Reserved underground parking inside made for a great convenience. The building allowed us to relax and explore city attractions without any hiccups. The host was great. Service impeccable. Rooms are professionally cleaned. Building very safe and secure. Grand Royal Condos is highly, highly recommended and my top choice next time my wife and I return into Toronto.

Stayed for a little over a month while in town for work, and had a great experience. My place was perfectly clean, had everything I needed, and was exactly as advertised. As well, I had to make some last minute scheduling changes and the host was incredibly helpful, responding immediately and going to a lot of effort to help me. I'll definitely be staying here again, highly recommended.
